About Us

We first opened in the Royal Arcade in Melbourne in 1992 and traded at Shop 9 (now The Silk Shop) until 2017 and from November 2020 until January 2022 in Shop 23 (now Paint & Powder). We now trade from Shop 3-5 opposite Koko Black.

The Royal Arcade is the oldest arcade in Australia and is famous as the home of Gog and Magog. 

Currently we are operating two internet stores babushkas.com.au and ambershop.com.au
